Inside Sales Representative in our Montreal Office. The Inside Sales position requires the highest quality of service to both our internal and external clients through strategic support, innovation, and commitment that exceeds the expectations of our clients.

The position includes a variety of responsibilities associated with client support both internally and externally to ensure optimal client satisfaction in our efforts to RFQs to revenue. ISRs manage direct business utilizing our systems, act as a main point of contact between clients, buyers and corporate, understands clients buying process, run reports and understand data within reports, and develop partnerships with field sales,product managers, corporate personnel, and clients.

Must be professional, detail oriented, dependable, and self-motivated
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong communication skills both verbal and written
Ability to work collaboratively in a close team environment
High level of integrity and work ethic
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills for dealing with different types of clients
Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
Communicate with clients to ensure that their needs are understood and addressed
Problem-solving skills to help resolve client's complaints or needs
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Account management experience

Previous Inside Sales experience in Semiconductor field is preferred.
